dig deep, pull hard and beat the frenchies!

Keep the faith guys you are doing soooooooooooooooo well and the nation is watching - not to mention the land of Guiness where a victory over the French would gladden many an Irish heart.

Thank you for doing something extraordinary, daring to dream and inspiring the rest of us who are made of much less mettle.

Row, rum, row, rum, row and remember all your friends, families and bloggers are with you every stroke. Oh,
and keep the Marlboro handy it helps the big man keep going!!

lots of love Coxy (boat wench for Arctic Quest)

Simmy

Ed and the boys,
Keep it going, not long to go now... Barbados awaits and I'm sure a few of the locals will be keen to take on the bearded heroes in a beach cricket match... I can't vouch for the rest of the crew, but Ed I've seen you wield the willow like Thors hammer... So wield the oars first, smash the record, put leather on willow and then polish off the rum.. See you soon fella..

James Cousins

Guys, fantastic effort a monumental achievement, Pete, Nickys looking forward to you getting there so do her a favour and get a move on, she misses you! that should up the mileage a bit..poker night when your back in blighty

Think steak, beer and women - works every time!!

Guys, you're all amazing and an inspiration to us all...

See you soon xxx

PS. - How's your bottoms?

Jo James

Record or no record; no worries. It's a record to have even make it out there and done so well, so far. What a thing to tell your grand children. Glad you are all safe and well and can't wait to see you again soon and have a jolly good knees up home coming party! Jo xxx

Ben Cannon

yes Ed listen to your little sister-we are all in need of a good party back here in boring old Blighty. So crack on with it and see you sooner rather than later, although the lure of all those bikini clad beauties at the finishing line may hold you up for a little while.
all the best and keep up the stirling effort.

Row hard fellas, Fishermans Bar or the Church Street Cafe in Holetown are good places to dispose of the lids from a few bottles of Mount Gay. Then down to the Boathouse in Bridgetown to party hard.
Not long

Chris Stevens

Go for it, guys — superhuman effort needed and you're the right four to make it. You can do it!

Never go backward. Attempt, and do it with all your might. Determination is power
